.REOC - Model A5.            Quick Set-Up Guide 1. Unpack your new DVD player carefully and check that all the accessories are there.                  This Sheet            Instruction Book       Remote Handset                  Batteries                    RCA or Scart Lead               2x1.5V  (AAA or R03) 2. Install the batteries as shown on the right. Make sure that the batteries have been inserted in the  right polarities matching the symbols + and -, as indicated inside the battery compartment. 3. Unpack your connecting lead. Ensure all equipment to be connected is turned off and connect one end of the lead to the Scart/RCA jack input of your TV.   4. Connect the other end of the connecting lead to the Scart/RCA output of the DVD player. When        using RCA leads please ensure that the colour of the plug matches the output socket, otherwise no picture, and or no audio will be present .. 5.  Turn on your DVD player and TV.                           6.  Select your TV’s A/V input channel, ususally or             . 7.  Press Open/Close on the front panel of the player and place your DVD in the tray with the label side uppermost.   Please allow a few seconds for the DVD to ‘mount’. Your DVD will start playing automatically. Please ensure that you handle the disc at its edges to avoid risk of damage to the DVD. 8.   Depending on the type of DVD inserted, after a short introduction, a menu will be displayed. 9.   You can now press play on your remote handset. The movie will begin to play. (Please refer to page 11 of the main instruction book for a full description of the remote control.) 10. Please keep all original packaging and accessories. In the unlikely event of your DVD player malfunctioning, you may need your original packaging. 11. After you have finished enjoying your DVD please put your disc back in the original sleeve to protect the delicate surface. Use the Open/Close button at any time to open the DVD player’s drawer. 12.
