(!) Please ensure that all equipment
is turned off before commencing connection.

Please identify the following on the rear of your DVD Player
|
|
It is colour coded grey.
|
Using an (optional) digital coaxial lead, insert one end
into the digital coaxial output socket of the DVD
Player.
Connect the other end of the digital coaxial lead to the
digital coaxial input of your amplifier.
You are now ready to turn on your DVD Player and your
TV.
Please check with your digital amplifiers instruction book
that the relevant input settings have been made correctly.
DVD Player Setting: Audio Out is set to either
SPDIF/RAW or SPDIF/PCM in the GENERAL SETUP
menu.
Note: - If you choose SPDIF/RAW then your amplifier
must be capable of decoding DTS otherwise your
ears, speakers and amplifier may be adversly
affected.
If you are connecting your DVD player this way then you
will have to decide on an option for your video. Find out
about Scart Connection,
S-Video Lead or Composite Video Lead video
connection.
