The HT60 is very simple to connect up and use, however there are a couple of
points to check if you are getting no audio output from the unit.
- The HT60 accepts input via 6 RCA sockets. The input is ANALOGUE
and all source equipment should be set to output 6CH ANALOG audio.
On many players, the audio output can either be DIGITAL (optical or coaxial
- requires external 5.1 decoder) or ANALOG but usually not both.
If DIGITAL is selected while using the HT60 then you will get no
audio output. Please refer to your manufacturers instructions for changing
the output options.
To see how to test your speakers.
- Check the usual things :
The Power Connection. Is the display lit up?
Check for MUTE status. Is there a flashing 0 on the LED display? If so
press the MUTE button on the remote handset.
Is the main volume turned down to minimum?
If none of the above help in any way please check your connections from the
source unit and on the rear of the unit and ensure that the source unit is
set to output 6CH analog audio.
