If you receive Yorkshire TV from the Emley Moor Transmitter and use
the Autoprogram method of tuning then you may find the the channel
order is incorrect. This is easily rectified in a few button presses.
You will find that the channel numbers will sort themselves out to be
BBC1, BBC2, CH4, CH5 and Yorks. What must happen is for us to slot
Yorkshire into its correct position and the rest should fall into place.
- Come out of any menus you are in now by pressing the TV/TX button.
- Press the Yellow Fasttext button to bring up the Program Edit menu.
- Use the Pr
, Pr , Vol and Vol buttons to move the cursor to
Programme Number 5
- Press The Green Fastext button to select this Programme
Number. (This should be where the TT7 has stored YTV)
- Again using the direction arrows, move the cursor to Programme
Number 3.
- Press the Green button to slot YTV into the number 3 slot.
- The Channels are now in the correct order (CH4 and CH5 have moved down
one place) and you can press TV/TX to return to normal viewing.
